Safety in the Desert
Objective:
Students will learn how to stay safe in the desert when it rains. Through a story and coloring book Zack Rabbit and Lenny Lizard will help students understand how stormwater and washes function. We will go through some scenarios of when and why to stay away from washes as well as how to stay safe while playing outside under these weather conditions.
Where: The JTREE team will meet students in the classroom.
Materials/Supplies: Provided by JTREE.
